Explanation: The municipal council and the OCMW of Aalter wish to sell a number of real estate properties on demand, and to realize this based on the principle of good governance. That is why we are looking for a partner who is able to reach the market as widely as possible through the intervention of real estate agents. For this reason, the contracting authority opts for a sale via an electronic bidding system, that guarantees a maximum survey of candidate buyers and enables a bidding war between different bidders. This assignment concerns a framework agreement (art. 2, 35° and art. 43 of the law of 17 June 2016) with one participant, for a term of 48 months. The agreement is characterized by the fact that it is not known in advance the size or quantity of the quantities to be ordered that will be awarded within the framework of this contract. The precise orders (via the orders that arising from the framework agreement) will be done in accordance with the current needs of the contracting authority.
