This assignment concerns the organization of language camps “Language and Game” in Lokeren. The aim of the language camps is to offer children additional opportunities to practice Dutch in an accessible, playful and non-school way. The focus is on language stimulation through play, interaction, meeting, leisure activities and a language-rich guidance style. The assignment includes the substantive, pedagogical, organizational, logistical and administrative implementation of the language camps, including planning, registrations, communication with schools and parents, guidance, reporting, financial follow-up and evaluation. The assignment runs from September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028. Within this period, the contractor can organize language camps during short school holidays. and/or on Wednesday afternoons. For the purposes of these specifications, a series of ten half days on Wednesday afternoons is considered the equivalent of one camp week in a short school holiday.
