Kemi Areena is a sports hall completed in 2024, with sports hall, tennis hall, bowling alley and 2 wrestling facilities. In addition, the Kemi Swimming Pool is located in the immediate vicinity of Kemi Areena. The total area of Kemi Areena is 5700 m2. The procurement is described in more detail in the separate appendix 1 of the tender request. "Service description Kemi Areena 2026". The procurement also includes the organization of Kemi's swimming hall customer service and cafeteria operations during the fall of 2026. In the competition, the selection criteria is used, taking into account the overall economic advantage the comparison criteria presented in the tender documents. The basis of comparison is the lowest price from the accepted offers. The quality criteria are taken into account in the minimum procurement requirements. This refers to the minimum compensation paid for customer service. The service provider who gave the lowest price is selected as the contract partner.
