Organization of foresight workshops related to the topic of just transformation of Western Małopolska The order covers the organization of a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 foresight workshops for a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 15 participants. everyone. The workshops will be held in Western Małopolska, i.e. in the following counties: Chrzanów, Olkusz, Oświęcim and/or Wadowice. As part of the order, the Contractor will provide each workshop with, among others: a room with equipment, a moderator, catering and materials for participants. The contractor will also provide a list of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 experts, each of whom will meet the requirements specified in the procurement documentation. Before each workshop, the Contractor will indicate one expert from the list who will provide substantive support at a given workshop. The final product of the order implementation will be a final report prepared by the Contractor and submitted to the Ordering Party, containing an outline of the design concept of local transformation plans for the area. Western Lesser Poland. The participants of the workshops will be stakeholders of the just transformation process, in particular representatives of poviats, communes, entrepreneurs and non-governmental organizations operating in Western Małopolska.
