The subject of the public procurement is "Organization of the closing meetings of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Cooperation Process in South-Eastern Europe (SEECP), June 8-10, 2026". A detailed description of the activities is contained in the Technical Specification - appendix to the guidelines. The contracting authority will assign directly in accordance with Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 and art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP, activities for the "Organization of the 4th meeting of the Committee of Political Directors" given that the activities are systematically related to the subject of the public procurement, and their value is within the thresholds for direct award - 15, 000 euros without VAT, and the total value of the activities awarded in this order does not exceed 20% of the total estimated value of the entire Public Procurement - 99, 500 euros without VAT.
