Tender Details

The contract is a single-award service framework agreement, processed through purchase orders on the basis of unit prices detailed in the unit price schedule in application of articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4-2°, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Order Code public. The contract is allocated within the meaning of article L.2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code and is broken down into 10 lots, with 2 elementary classes for each lot. For lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, the contract will take effect from its date of notification, for a period of one (1) year renewable two (2) times by tacit renewal, i.e. a maximum duration of three (3) years. The holder of the framework agreement concerned cannot refuse its renewal in accordance with article R.2112-4 of the Code of public order. For lots 7, 8, 9 and 10, the contract will take effect from its notification date for a fixed period of one year, non-renewable.
