The subject of the order is the organization of a cultural educational project entitled: Kunia Animacji, which focuses on the ecological aspects of animated film production and promotes the reuse of materials and recycling.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as: OPZ), which constitutes an integral part of the Specification, Annex No. 10 to SWZ. 4. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with Polish Standards, with the provisions of law currently in force in a given field.5. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The contract template divides the order into part IIV only as stages of implementation and settlement, they do not constitute part of the order within the meaning of Art. 281 section 2 point 4 Pzp.6.
