Greetings, we need a Travel Management Company on a permanent basis to organize trips to events. General description of the request: What exactly do we expect from TMS - organization: flight tickets; railway tickets; bus transportation; hotel reservations; transfers; rent cars; issuance of visas (if necessary); registration of medical insurance; help with invitations; consultations on the rules of entry into countries; accompanying employees until the end of the trip; change of reservations; prompt resolution of issues during flight delays; registration for the event so what; Geography of trips: Ukraine, Europe, Asia; Number of trips: approximately 4 trips per year; Approximate number of employees for the trip: up to 5 people; Main purposes of trips: Exhibitions, conferences, seminars, meetings with suppliers, corporate events, audits; Requirements for the company: at least 5 years of travel experience; experience of serving international companies; availability of a personal manager; availability of 24/7 support during trips; the possibility of working as a corporate manager on the weekend (during the trip); the possibility of urgent registration of the trip; submission of an offer in the form of: at least 2 flight options, at least 3 hotel options, recommendations on the optimal route; deadlines for submitting offers: usual request up to 2 days; urgent - up to 12 hours; availability of an online booking system; preferred payment terms: post-payment after confirming the reservation of the selected route/hotel; submission of a report in the form of: agent's report, acts of work performed; procurement documents include a file with as an example of TK, I ask you to make a calculation and draw up an estimate along the given route.
