The purpose of this contract is the organization, coordination, administrative management and facilitation of educational visits organized on the waste treatment and recovery facilities of the Syndicat Intercommunal Valoseine. The services include: • receiving and processing visit requests; • management of reservations; • planning and coordination of visits; • coordination with the operators of the installations, the holder of the transport contract and other relevant stakeholders; • supervision of the team of guides; • recruitment, training and monitoring of guides; • the preparation and updating of animation content in conjunction with the contracting authority; • the reception of visitors; • leading educational visits; • support for groups; • administrative monitoring of the system; • the production of reports, statistics and activity monitoring tables. The market is part of the actions of awareness, information and communication carried out by the Syndicat Intercommunal Valoseine in terms of prevention, sorting, recovery and circular economy.
