Ida-Virumaa Northern Estonia The Integration Foundation orders the organization of cooperation activities of national defense and civic education within the framework of the "Citizen Academy" in accordance with the technical description of the public procurement item given in Annex 1 of the AD, taking into account the selected part of the public procurement description (see AD Annex 1 point 1.3.2). The purpose of the public procurement is to find partner(s) who will organize "Citizen Academy" activities for the target group (see point 1.5 of Annex 1 of the AD) in the period September 2026 - June 13, 2027 for a total of at least 250 unique participants. Public procurement to achieve the goal, up to 2 procurement contracts are concluded. The activities specified in the procurement contracts concluded as a result of public procurement must have been performed in the period from the conclusion of the procurement contract (roughly August 2026) to 30.06.2027 or until until the total financial volume of the procurement contract is fulfilled, depending on which condition comes first. / Grounds for elimination and qualification conditions: See the basic procurement documents The activities of Ida-Virumaa are aimed at the residents of Ida-Virumaa. Activities are carried out in the larger cities of the region. Different activities of one module can take place in different places of the region. At least 125 unique participants participate in the activities of the region, who are recommended to participate in more than one activity and module.
