1. The subject of the order is the service of organization, coordination and service of an anniversary event on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of KRUS. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor will provide comprehensive event service, including in particular the rental of an appropriate event facility in Warsaw, preparing the arrangement of the event space, preparation and technical service of the event, providing artistic setting, providing comprehensive catering service, organizing the reception and guest service, providing security event and full organizational coordination of the event, including supervision of the project manager.2. The gross amount that the Ordering Party intends to allocate to finance the order is: PLN 265, 000.3.
