Tender Details

1. Subject and scope of the order: 1) The Ordering Party provides for the organization of a conference as part of the subject of the order; 2) number of people at each conference: minimum 70 and maximum 75 people. The Ordering Party guarantees a minimum number of 70 people (in case of absence all are covered costs of these minimum 70 people)3) number of conferences 6, one each in Warsaw, Pockk, Siedlce, Ciechanów, Ostroka and Radom or within the poviats of these cities: a) Warsaw - rdmiecie - May 20, 2026; b) Radom - May 22, 2026; c) Ciechanów - June 18, 2026; d) Pock - September 8, 2026;e) Ostroka - October 12, 2026;f) Siedlce - October 20, 2026. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1 to the contract template, constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
