Tender Details

1. Subject of the order: The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization and service of an outdoor picnic called Farewell to summer with Swiss Funds, implemented as part of the Impulse for Dbica project, a comprehensive city development program co-financed by Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program. The scope of the order includes in particular the provision of: an outdoor stage with sound, lighting, technical and electrical service, an artistic program carried out from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., an announcer leading the event and information and promotional activities related to the project, at least two recreational and integration attractions for participants, catering including at least 350 portions of ice cream, 350 portions of waffles and 350 portions of popcorn, maintaining order before, during and after the event, personnel and organizational coordination, safe implementation of the event in accordance with applicable regulations.
