Organization and logistic and technical support of a two-day educational fair entitled: "Małopolska Future Festival, hereinafter referred to as the Fair or Festival. 1. The subject of the order is: Organization and logistic and technical support of a two-day fair educational entitled "Małopolska Future Festival, hereinafter referred to as the Fair or Festival. 2. As part of the order, the Contractor: a. Will organize an educational fair entitled: "Festival - Małopolska Przyszłości" - will provide exhibition space for educational fairs together with adjacent cloakrooms for exhibitors and a space for professional (career) counseling, will prepare (arrange) and equip exhibition stands, prepare rooms at the organizer's disposal and space for organizing: stage/platform, reception, warehouses for exhibitors along with the indicated equipment, a place for serving catering (lunch), a first aid point, a parking lot, along with providing support for educational fairs, including, among others, reception, stage, parking lot, first aid point, provided protection of the Festival, will prepare and manage the registration system for participants at and during the Festival and for organized thematic workshops for students, and will prepare photographic and film documentation of the Festival. b.Provided space and service technical space to organize: education-related meetings, thematic workshops and a place for a Hackathon workshop for students. c.
