1. The subject of the order is the organization and conduct of two-semester postgraduate studies in the field of activities supporting energy transformation.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the procurement contract and will be entered as annex to the public procurement contract.3. The conditions for the execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, the contract template, and constitutes Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template).4. Ordering Party in accordance with disposition resulting from Art. 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the execution of the order on the basis of an employment relationship.5. The order was carried out under project no. FEMP.02.05-IZ.00-0264/24 Mon. Support for the energy transformation of municipalities in the Maopolska Voivodeship co-financed by the European Union from the European Funds for Maopolska 20212027 program
