1. Type of order service.2. The subject of the order is the organization and conduct of two-day, stationary group training courses entitled: Using Google tools in your professional work.3. The subject of the order is implemented for the needs of the project called Opole labor market staff, as part of the program regional European Funds for the Opole Voivodeship for 2021-2027 Priority 5 - European Funds supporting the Opole labor market and education Measure 5.2 - Professional activation carried out outside PUP.4. The contractor is obliged to provide the name and address of the proposed hotel facility in the offer form, where the training will take place. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Contractor, it is not possible to conduct the training in the hotel facility originally indicated in the offer form, the Contractor submits to the Ordering Party for approval a proposal to change the hotel to a facility that meets the conditions specified in the offer form. in OPZ regarding the location of the hotel, standard, while maintaining accessibility standards.5. The description of the subject of the order constitutes Annex No. 1 to the Draft Provisions contracts.
