Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the organization and comprehensive service of a judicial conference.2. As part of the service, the Contractor's tasks will include: - recruitment of the target group (50 conference participants); - booking and paying for the room conference;- providing catering services during the conference;- providing speakers/lecturers;- providing teaching materials.3. Number of conference participants: 60 people, including the target group of 50 people and 10 employees and co-workers beneficiary. The recruitment of 10 people from among the beneficiary's employees and associates and their invitation are the responsibility of the Ordering Party. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
