Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the organization, recruitment of the target group, comprehensive service and implementation of the conference entitled Agricultural forum consisting of three parts.2. Conference place: 1st part of Staszow, 2nd part of Jdrzejw, 3rd part of Woszczowa.3. Number of participants: 450 people, 150 people for each part. The ordering party does not allows for the possibility of reducing the number of participants.4. As part of the service, the Contractor's tasks will include: recruitment of the target group (450 conference participants, 150 for each part). - booking and paying for conference rooms; - providing catering services during each part conference;- providing speakers/lecturers for each part (parts II and III, due to the same topic, may be led by the same speaker/lecturer);- providing teaching materials.5. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.
