Provision of organisation development consultancy services to support the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) in assessing organisational culture, leadership, and change readiness, and in developing practical recommendations and a high-level implementation roadmap. The initial requirement comprises a discrete phase with a maximum value of £75, 000 (exclusive of VAT), to be delivered through a combination of desk-based analysis, stakeholder engagement, and workshops. The contract is structured as a phased engagement and may be varied to include additional Statements of Requirement of a similar nature and scope, subject to need and available budget. The total cumulative contract value will not exceed £170, 000 (exclusive of VAT).
