I. 1.1. The subject of the order is the update of the PZO documentation along with the preparation of environmental studies for the Natura 2000 area Ostoja Popradzka PLH120019 (part 1 - botany, including phytosociology. 2.2.The purpose of the order is to verify data literature, preparation of current field inventories, preparation of results in the form of expert opinions and PZO documentation, and participation in meetings of the Local Cooperation Team. 3. Ordering Party - pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Act - requires that the Contractor or the subcontractor employed, under an employment relationship, persons directed by the Contractor or subcontractor to perform activities such as: collecting literature data, chamber work, completing the PZ documentation template, if they involve performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. The above does not apply to situations when the Contractor carries out the order independently or through a person employed under a civil law contract (e.g. independently organizing the time and scope of expert work as ad hoc activities aimed at achieving a specific result) other than the employment relationship. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. 5.Details of the scope of the subject of this order is specified in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ).
