A brief description of the procurement: This public procurement is ordered for student houses for student houses administered by Tartu Student Village in Tartu for the period of 06.01.25-05.01.26. The technical care service consists of utility care, non -compliance response and the necessary repair work. The utility service is ordered for the following utility systems: heating systems, water supply and sewerage systems, ventilation systems and air conditioners. Public procurement is divided into groups of these utility systems. NB! The numbers of this public procurement are 3, 4 and 5, due to the contracting authority deleting (in the preparatory condition) parts 1 and 2 and the public procurement register does not allow the numbers of the remaining parts to be changed.
