Ordering a settlement planning service Ordering a settlement planning service Preparation of the Belváros-Lipótváros settlement plan and the related documents, as well as the related consulting tasks in the planning contract as specified. The task defined as the subject of the planning contract is the preparation of a settlement plan in accordance with Act C of 2023 on Hungarian architecture (settlement development plan and settlement planning plan) Belváros-Lipotváros complete public administration 419/2021 on the content of settlement plans, the procedure for their preparation and acceptance, as well as specific legal institutions for settlement planning. (VII. 15.) as defined in the Government Decree, contained in the Settlement Regulations with elements. In relation to the settlement plan, the foundational part of the work, the compilation of supporting proposals and opinion documentation, the preparation of other related tests and analyses, the development of a multivariate development package, for the district building regulations examination of related specific amendment requests, provision of other advisory tasks related to settlement plans, planning tasks related to the preparation and modification of settlement plans, amendments to existing settlement planning instruments and the conducting procedures according to legislation, participating in related tasks.
