The contractor orders loading and unloading work with 4 hydraulic wheeled material handling machines in the ports of Romessaare, Kuivastu, Virtsu, Rohukuela and Heltermaa according to the needs of the lifting service. During loading-unloading operations in cargo ports, the service must be provided in accordance with the basic document on public procurementas a result of conducting the procurement, a framework contract for the ordering of services to the above-mentioned ports for 48 months will be concluded with the bidder who has submitted a successful bid, including the terms of the individual procurement contracts concluded on the basis of the framework contract will not exceed the term of the framework contract. The bidder is rights to provide the service under conditions more favorable to the Purchaser than what is stated in the basic documents of the public procurement and in the tender, including lower unit prices.
Start date of services provided under the framework agreement 01.01.2024 and end date 31.12.2027.
