Short Description of the Procurement: The contracting authority orders loading and landing work in accordance with the needs of the lifting service in the ports of Roomassaare, Kuivastu, Virtsu, Rohuküla and Heltermaa. The service in the ports of the cargo in the ports of the shipment shall be provided in accordance with the requirements set out in the source documents of the public procurement. As a result of the procurement, a framework contract for the award of a successful tender will be concluded for the aforementioned ports for 48 months, including the deadlines for the framework of the framework contract under the framework contract. The tenderer has the right to provide the service in the source documents of the public procurement and the provisions of the tender on more favorable terms and conditions, including lower unit prices. Starting date of services provided on the basis of the framework agreement 01.01.2024 and the final date 31.12.2027. The estimated amount of services provided under the framework agreement per calendar year is provided in the Rhad Table Table. Maximum cost of a framework contract EUR 13 482 252.
