Tender Details

In the Itae-Uusimaa welfare region, people who retire and celebrate their 50th or 60th birthdays are commemorated with a gift, the value of which is determined based on the length of service. As a commemorative gift, a gift card is given, which the owner of the gift card can use for items according to the Supplier's offerapprox. According to the customer's estimate, about 100 commemorative gifts with a value of 70-160 eur VAT 0% are purchased per year.

The object of the purchase is an intermediary service/online store (electronic portal), through which the employee who received the gift can choose the gift he wants from the given gift selection. In addition, there will beto be able to donate one's share of the gift to charity without being reduced. The brokerage service must not cause an additional administrative burden to the Subscriber, i.e. the brokerage service must be a so-called turnkey package.

The service provider offering the brokerage service offers different personneloffering gift options and is responsible for service production.

The personnel memorial gift selection included in the brokerage service must have gift options from the following main categories:

• Intangible gifts (e.g. cultural services, welfare services, digital services: audio book or musicipalvelu)

• Product gifts (including Textiles)

• Small remembrances

• Charitable donations

In addition, the purchase mainly includes PR products and BtoC products suitable for marketing purposes and mass distribution.
