Brief description of the tender: The tender is carried out in order to achieve the goals set by the Eesti.ai program "The Smartest AI Nation". It is a large-scale artificial intelligence awareness and skills development program aimed at working-age residents in various in professional roles. In the period 2026-2027, the goal is for 100, 000 working-age residents to attend at least one Eesti.ai workshop or a learning experience in another format. As a result of the public procurement, framework contracts will be concluded with several bidders valid until 31.12.2027. Submitted in the tender notice the basic date of the framework agreement is expected, i.e. the implementation of the framework agreement starts from the conclusion of the agreement, taking into account that the deadline for the implementation of the agreement is the end date specified in the basic documents (31.12.2027). The procurer conducts an information session.
