A brief description of the procurement: The Professional Chamber wants to find up to 3 (three) partners who would provide organization of conferences, seminars, events and smaller meetings (hereinafter events) all over Estonia. Possible commissioned work in the preparation of events, throughout the event and after the event, is listed in the technical description. The work to be organized by each event shall be closed, including not having to be required for every job you are ordering, but may order parts. Events are estimated at 1 larger international up to two -day conference per year and up to 200 participants up to 3 pcs per year. Up to 50 participants different events are held a year about 10.
