Brief description of the procurement: The Social Insurance Board procures additional training for the employees of institutions providing special welfare services in order to increase their knowledge and practical skills, as a result of which a higher quality service is ensured. The tender is divided into four parts: • I part - "Coping with difficult-to-understand and aggressive behavior in a special care service"; • Part II - "Trauma awareness: practice considering psychological trauma in special care services"; • Part III - "Addiction and harm reduction in special care services"; • IV part - "Diagnosis-based approaches and working with people with mental disorders in a special care service". The bidder can make an offer, either for one or several parts. In each part of the procurement, a procurement contract is concluded with one successful bidder.
