Part I: Part II: Update of the PZO documentation along with the preparation of environmental studies for the Natura 2000 area Ostoja Popradzka PLH120019 in the field of ichthyology 1. The subject of the order was divided into 2 Parts: 1.1.Part I: Update preparation of PZO documentation together with preparation of environmental expertise for the Natura 2000 area Ostoja Popradzka PLH120019 in the field of chiropterology; 1.2.Part II: Updating the development of PZO documentation along with preparing environmental expertise for Natura 2000 area Ostoja Popradzka PLH120019 in terms of ichthyology. 1.3. Ordering Party - pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Act - requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons directed by the Contractor or subcontractor to performing activities such as: collecting literature data, chamber work, completing the PZ documentation template, if they involve performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025 r.item 277, 807, 1423, 1661, of 2026, item 25.). The above does not apply to situations when the Contractor carries out the order independently or through a person employed under a civil law contract (e.g. people who independently organize their time and scope of expert work as ad hoc activities aimed at achieving a specific result) other than the employment relationship.
