bpost is looking for a contractor to take care of the entire production of printing for its points of sale, customers and employees. For the purposes of this assignment, "printed advertising materials" are defined as any materials to promote and display products that are entirelyor partly made of paper and/or cardboard and/or vinyl and/or foam board and/or Forex and/or Re-board and/or all types of stickers, possibly with a small number of plastic and/or metal and/or rubber elements, as well as certain containers for promoting and displaying/displaying materialare made entirely of PVC. By not splitting the order into different lots, bpost aims for an economic advantage, optimal contractual conditions and efficient management. The majority of the material to be supplied under this order concerns traditional offsetor digital printing, as well as personalization (database processing) and direct mail, with enveloping, preparing for sending to different addresses and handing over the mail to bpost. Awarding different types of contracts to different companies can complicate the processhonor.
