In view of the overall speed, the General Authority for Radio and Television announces for the second time an internal request for offers for an order for office chairs to be needed for the Authority's offices, in accordance with the technical conditions established for this purpose and the provisions set forth in The terms and conditions book are as follows:
The offer must be valid for a period of 180 days from the date of the end of submitting offers, and the winning bidder's commitment to his offer will be renewed for another six months from the date he is notified that the award has been awarded to him.
Temporary deposits / 100, 000 / only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds and nothing else, according to a bank guarantee, an acceptable bank check, or a bank transfer from The bidder's account is transferred to the account of the General Authority for Radio and Television No. /196108654200/ at the Central Bank of Syria.
Final insurance is 10% of the contract value.
If an offer is submitted that includes more than one partner, the temporary and final insurance must be submitted in the name of all partners.
Everything not mentioned is due to Contract Law No. 51 of 2004 and the Decree No. 450 of 2004.
The delivery period is 30 days starting from the day following the date of notification of the direct order.
The contractor must submit proof of his participation with the General Organization for Social Insurance within one week of notification of the commencement order.
