ORDER FOR MODERNIZATION WORK ON THE ELEVATORS WITH COMPLETE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE ELEVATORS AND THE PARKING ACCESS In order to ensure greater safety for users and to bring the infrastructure into compliance with regulations and To sustainably improve its reliability, the Anderlechtse Haard is writing a mixed assignment that consists of two separate but inseparably connected parts: •Modernization works, •Complete maintenance services omnium. Both parts will start simultaneously and must be carried out without interruption of services. The works relate to the supply, installation, connection and commissioning of new lifts in existing ones buildings. The fully comprehensive maintenance service covers: •The modernized elevators, •The non-modernized elevators, •The access doors and means of the car parks. The two parts of the assignment start on the same date. The estimated one value of the assignment, including any repetition of similar works and services, amounts to € 6, 148, 850.00 excluding VAT, and is broken down as follows: Basic assignment: Works: € 3, 544, 300.00 excluding VAT; Services: € 1, 274, 550.00 exclusive VAT.
