Tender Details

This is the application phase of a Procedure with Negotiation, implying that only the candidates selected by the buyer will be authorized to submit an offer. Once the candidates have been selected, the City of Colmar will send the invitation to tender to each in accordance with articles R. 2144-8 and R. 2144-9 of the Public Procurement Code. This consultation aims to conclude participation agreements, within the meaning of Article 1 of Decree No. 2011-1474 of November 8, 2011 cited above, and allow agents of the City and Colmar and Colmar Agglomération to benefit from assistance in financing additional insurance coverage and health costs, from January 1, 2027. To do this, the City of Colmar and Colmar Agglomeration have decided to build together a collective and secure implementation framework. This consultation is carried out within the framework of a group between the City of Colmar and Colmar Agglomération in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of Public procurement code In its capacity as coordinator of the group, the City of Colmar will be responsible for the execution, signing and notification of the participation agreement and the related insurance contracts.
