Description : 1) The Philippine Army, through General Appropriations Act Fiscal Year 2026 (RA 12314) with ASA Nr 2200-2026-0181 dated 18 February 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIVE MILLION AND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 405, 230, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) under ORD PABAC2-043-26 for the PROCUREMENT OF Combat Reflex Sight (Red Dot) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The required delivery of the Goods is One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within ten (10) years from the deadline for submission of Bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
