Description : 1) The Philippine Army, through FY 2026 ASA Numbers 2200-2026-0142 intends to apply the sum of THIRTY-THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETY TWO THOUSAND PESOS (PhP33, 592, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the procurement of Range Finder 7x25mm for the Philippine Army as indicated below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected in bid opening.

2) The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and services is required pursuant to the delivery schedule indicated above. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within ten (10) years from the deadline for submission of Bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
