Description : 1) The Philippine Army, through the General Appropriations Act for FY 2026
(RA12314) with ASA Numbers 2200-2026-0131 and 2200-2026-0330 intends to
apply the total sum of the amount stated below with bid reference number ORD
PABAC2-036-26 for the Procurement of Truck, Troop Carrier/Cargo, Medium
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected in bid opening.

2) The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The required
delivery of the Goods is Three Hundred (300) calendar days. Bidders should have
completed a contract similar to the Project within ten (10) years from the deadline for
