Description : 1) The Philippine Army, through the General Appropriations Act for FY 2026 (RA12314) with ASA Number 2200-2026-0333 intends to apply the sum of the following amount below under ORD PABAC2-035-26 for the Procurement of Mini Bus being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected in bid opening.

2) The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The required delivery of the Goods is Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within ten (10) years from the deadline for submission of Bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
Bidding is open to all interested Bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR.
