Description : 1) The Philippine Army, through its Appropriations based on Fiscal Year 2026 General Appropriations Act (RA 12314) with ASA Nr 2200-2026-0220 dated 5 March 2026 with MOOE as Expense Class, intends to apply the sum of TWENTY MILLION FOUR HUNDERED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 20, 499, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) under ORD PABAC2-029-26 for the Procurement of 1, 503 pcs of Tire, 9.00-20. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected in bid opening.
2) The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The required delivery of the Goods is Three Hundred (300) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within ten (10) years from the deadline for submission of Bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
Bidding is open to all interested Bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR.
