Description : 1) The Philippine Army, through FY 2026 ASA Nr 2200-2026-0210 signed by COL TRISTAM A TOLENTINO GSC (ARM) PA, Acting AC of S for Financial Management G10, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED NINETY-SIX MILLION PESOS (PhP396, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the procurement of Projectile, 155mm: HE (PGM) for the Philippine Army. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected in the bid opening.
