Description : 1) The Philippine Army, through the General Appropriations Act for FY 2026 (RA12314) intends to apply the sum of PhP44, 800, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 4 units of Passenger Bus for ORD PABAC2-027-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected in bid opening.
2) The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within ten (10) years from the deadline for submission of Bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
Bidding is open to all interested Bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR.
