The purchase is to be carried out in accordance with the provisions of art. 54 para. (1) lit. c) from the Law of the Republic of Moldova on public procurement no. 131 of 03.07.2015, taking into account the facttul, that according to Oracle's policy only partners-members of the "Oracle PartnerNetwork" can purchase Oracle licenses for the development of their own solutions and are subsequently authorized to distribute/sell these licenses to the end user in the form of "bundled" solutions, only within the delivered solution.
