Tenders are invited for Oracle Cloud Supplemental Services.
(1) Vendor needs to provide oracle cloud supplemental services.
- Perform ongoing and as‐needed oracle cloud services related to agency oracle cloud modules in order to enhance the county-s current use of the oracle risk management module and manage risk that are related to roles, functions, processes and accesses.
- The services shall also consist of functionality and enhancement review and technical support within the oracle program system, as well as urgent response services, as identified by the county, for oracle program issues or repairs that are required immediately.
- It is our intent to utilize this agreement to assist with the efficient and effective configuration, use, and reporting of available Cloud modules.
