Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is to carry out complete audits of the taxes and charges to which buildings within the defined scope are subject, with a view to identifying possible factual or material anomalies generating undue costs, and to propose optimizations in accordance with applicable regulations. Local taxes to which buildings in the area are subject, in particular: - property tax (TF); - household waste collection tax (TEOM); - business property tax (CFE); - additional taxes (TASA, TABIF, etc.) depending on the nature of the sites. This list is not exhaustive and the audit may cover any other applicable tax. The mission covers: - past years not prescribed, - the year during which the audit begins, - and the following year, when the notification from the administration occurs after the date of payment of taxes. The services are described in the Specifications of Special Clauses (CCP).
