Detailed_Description : The Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) requires the services of a job evaluation and pay equity consultant to assist the Ontario Public Service (OPS) and the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU) in the revision, design, development, and implementation of two (2) Gender Neutral Comparison Systems (GNCS), and to provide pay equity and job classification expertise to support the work for both the Unified and Corrections bargaining units. In addition, the two pay equity plans, and job evaluation tools, once completed for both bargaining units, will meet the requirements for pay equity compliance and job classification maintenance on a go forward basis.
