Services are regulated by unit prices. The contract covers the following services: Opportunity study relating to the implementation of a Reuse of Treated Wastewater (REUT) approach at the outlet of the three wastewater treatment plants (STEU) following: - Gaigneron in the commune of Lamentin; - Dillon (lines 1 & 2) in the town of Fort de France; - and Pointe des Nègres in the town of Fort de France. The study of these 3 wastewater treatment plants is located on the territory of CACEM, However, the opportunity study to be considered could extend beyond this perimeter, in particular to neighboring municipalities, if a potential use of the REUT is possible under technical and economic conditions that are interesting for Odyssi.
