In order to successfully and consistently implement national housing policies and increase housing accessibility in Lithuania, it is necessary to draw up a long -term strategic document (national agenda / strategy). This requires an increase in housing availability in LithuaniaValuation of Opportunities (hereinafter referred to as "services"). The purpose of the services is to thoroughly assess the availability of housing in Lithuania and offer goals, objectives and means to increase it, which could be provided for in the relevant national documents. Services Composition: 1) Assessment Report (3 pcs:Introductory, intermediate, final with summary and proposals for the strategic National Housing Policy Document (hereinafter the strategic document); 2) the model of integral relevant data, which is prepared by the strategic document and to be actualized; 3) events (3 pcs; documentspreparation and delivery of results). The strategic document must include periods by 2030, 2040, 2050. The evaluation must include data analysis since 2000. By 2024 Services must be provided within 9 (nine) months from the date of entry into force of the contract, the term of service may beextended by written agreement between the parties for up to 3 (three) months, in the event of the actual evidence of the supplier, not due to the supplier's inactivity in each case, whose contracting authorities are recognized as objective.
