1. The subject of the order is the development/execution of design documentation, obtaining the necessary decisions, opinions and permits (if required), as well as the delivery and construction and assembly works of 26 air heat pumps and biomass boilers in number of 9 pieces and installation of solar collectors in the number of 37 pieces and providing author's supervision. 2. Design documentation developed by the Contractor must be printed on ecological paper (i.e. paper made from recycled paper - recycled, natural grey-beige color, unbleached, certified e.g. EU Ecolabel or equivalent. The Contractor will be obliged to submit, at the request of the Ordering Party, evidence confirming that the paper used is ecological). 3. Ordering Party recommends that the delivery vehicles used to fulfill the order should be powered/charged from renewable energy sources (vehicles of the following types: BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle), PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle), FCEV (Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle), EREV (Extended Range Electric Vehicle). The Ordering Party reserves the right to verify the construction equipment used by the Contractor to complete the order. 4. The scope of the order also includes measurements and tests, warranty and service, and adaptation of the existing one accompanying infrastructure and connection of the designed installations to existing WLZ and central heating installations. and domestic hot water training users of the installation in its operation and maintenance. 5.
