Opoczno cultural heritage network - Modernization of the auditorium in the Municipal Cultural Center in Opoczno 4.1. The subject of the order is the implementation of a task called: Opoczno cultural heritage network - Modernization of the auditorium in the Municipal Home Culture in Opoczno. The building of the Municipal Cultural Center is located at: ul. T. Biernackiego 4, 26-300 Opoczno, on the plot with registration number 121/3, district 0013, Opoczno. The Ordering Party informs that the facility of the Municipal Cultural Center will be operational during implementation of the subject of the contract by the Contractor. The contractor will ensure safety and communication during the implementation of the subject of the contract in order to continue artistic and educational activities. 4.2. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) change land development in the scope of reconstruction of a ramp for people with disabilities and external stairs on the western facade and reconstruction of external stairs at the entrance to the back of the room on the northern facade along with a lift for people disabled; 2) reconstruction of the auditorium, including: - demolition works, - debris removal, - insulation works, - plastering and painting works, - construction carpentry works, covering floors and walls, - changing the arrangement of audience platforms - raised floor technology; - renovation, renovation and finishing works; 3) reconstruction of ventilation, water and sewage installations, central heating installations and implementation of...
