Description: The purpose of the tender is to have supply contracts for "Ophthalmology Supplies Review", which allow the timely supply of the products necessary for the care of the Hospital users for theyears 2024 - 2025, in the circumstances that these products were not provided by the National Central Supply of Health Services, nor are they available in electronic catalogs of the Framework Agreement or in the Coordinated or Joint Purchases of the Ministry of Health, or hisacquisition is disadvantageous with respect to the result of this tender, nor are there property of other State organizations or shared services that allow satisfying the requirement, the most advantageous conditions of which will be informed at the corresponding opportunity to the Directorate ofPurchases, in accordance with the provisions of article 15 of the D.S. No. 250, of 2004, of the Ministry of Finance. The aforementioned supply contract will be made effective whenever necessary, through the issuance of purchase orders sent to the supplier awarded through the silverform www.mercadopublico.cl. Without prejudice to the above, throughout the period of validity of the contract, the products will be requested at the time of the month that the Hospital deems appropriate, with the awarded bidder committing to disseminate this purchasing method to everyone. ..d0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28
