The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of the Hampton VA Medical Center, located in Hampton Virginia, is conducting market research to determine whether to set aside an acquisition for Vela Tango Move Ophthalmology Chair for the Ophthalmology surgical department.
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to find qualified vendors and to assist Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 in determining if a future contract effort can be competitively awarded on a Brand Name Basis. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this effort is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with the Small Business Size Standard of 1, 000 Employees. If the Government determines if there are qualified vendors for this requirement, a solicitation will be published and posted on the Contracting Opportunities website. The Government will use this information solely to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for this procurement.
INTRODUCTION:
This requirement is for the purchase of the Vela Tango Move Ophthalmology Chair. The Contractor shall provide Vela Tango Move Ophthalmology Chair. and related products necessary to provide the delivery of the items to Hampton VA Medical Center located at 100 Emancipation Drive Hampton VA 23667.
